We offer a mobile bicycle repair service so we can carry out your bike repairs at your home or place of work – so no need to Google “bicycle repair shop near me” anymore! Don’t worry though if you don’t have the space for us to repair on site, we also operate a collection and delivery service.
About our technicians
All staff working on your bike are certified to Cytech Technical Two or higher, Cytech is the internationally recognised training and accreditation scheme for bicycle technicians therefore you can be safe in the knowledge that your bike is receiving the best possible service.
Call Out Charges
All “Bicycle Service” and “e-Bike Service” work does not incur a call out charge, but unfortunately due to the continued increase in operating costs we can no longer support free call out for the other services, and are now applying a small fee to your final bill for the repairs to your bicycle that are carried out at your home or work. Using our SG14 location as a starting point we will be charging £5.00 for journeys up to 5-miles, £10.00 for journeys up to 10-miles, £15.00 up to 15-miles, and £20.00 for journeys up to 20-miles. A charge is only applied for the outbound journey.

These are guide prices and exclude the cost of any parts. We always provide a quote and won't start work until you've approved the repair costs.

Bicycles Repairs
We have a minimum labour charge of £15.00
We reserve the right to refuse to work on any bike that we deem unsafe or does not meet the proper safety laws as detailed here The Pedal Bicycles (Safety) Regulations 2010.
Health & Safety
We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge to bicycles that are excessively dirty or have an animal fouling issue, and in extreme cases we reserve the right to refuse to work on such bikes.
Bicycle Couriers
To benefit from our offered discounts you will be required to provide proof of employement by the food delivery company.

Hertford Mobile Bike Mechanic
We have a number of booking slots available for our “Mini Service”, and “Main Service” and are able to accommodate a number of general bike repairs such as puncture repairs, gear selection issues and other minor repair work that does not require the use of specialist workshop equipment.
